In-Ear Monitors

Things don't always go according to plan in the real world, which is why we've created a replacement program for our Musician's In-Ear Monitors. If anything happens to your monitors that is not covered by our standard warranty (or after the warranty period), we'll replace your monitors with a new pair at half price.

To request a replacement, send an email to support@MEEaudio.com with a subject heading containing the words "Replacement Program" and a short explanation of what happened. Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice, order confirmation email, or any other proof of purchase, and we'll get back to you with instructions on getting a new unit. If the same product is not available, we'll give you half off the next closest match instead.

Custom Artwork Faceplates

If your original in-ear monitors were customized with an engraving and you are ordering a replacement unit, the same engraving can be added to the replacement unit for half of the regular engraving price.

Custom-fit Eartips

Reprints of custom-fit eartips and earplugs are available for a flat fee. Reprints are identical to the original custom-fit eartip or earplug, including the color.

Cost to reprint both ears: $75
Cost to reprint one ear: $50
