Warranty Policy



Genuine MEE Professional products purchased in new, unopened, unaltered condition

1 Year Limited Warranty
MEE Professional warrants to the original retail purchaser that the product shall be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period specified above, from the date of purchase. If this product proves defective in either materials or workmanship, MEE audio, at its option, will (a) repair the product, or (b) replace the product, at no charge for parts or labor. If the product model is no longer available and cannot be repaired effectively or replaced with an identical model, MEE audio at its sole option may replace the unit with a current model of equal or greater value.



Made-to-order products (custom-fit or custom-engraved)

1 Year Limited Warranty
MEE Professional warrants to the original retail purchaser that the product shall be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period specified above, from the date of purchase. If this product proves defective in either materials or workmanship, MEE audio, at its option, will (a) repair the product, or (b) replace the product, at no charge for parts or labor.

45-day Fit Guarantee
MEE Professional offers a 45-day Fit Guarantee to ensure that your custom-fit eartips, earplugs, or in-ear monitors fit perfectly and perform up to our high standards. We will modify or re-make any custom eartips returned due to poor fit within 45 days from when you receive your order. Please contact us if you require a refit and we will help you through the process.



Any refurbished items purchased from the MEE audio store on eBay.com or Amazon.com

90 Day Limited Warranty
MEE audio warrants to the original retail purchaser that the any refurbished items purchased through our eBay store or Amazon store shall be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period specified above, from the date of purchase. If this product proves defective in either materials or workmanship, MEE audio, at its option, will (a) repair the product, or (b) replace the product, at no charge for parts or labor. If the product model is no longer available and cannot be repaired effectively or replaced with an identical model, MEE audio at its sole option may replace the unit with a current model of equal or greater value.

90 Day Limited Warranty
MEE audio warrants to the original retail purchaser that the accessory shall be free against defects in materials or workmanship for a period specified above, from the date of purchase. If this product proves defective in either materials or workmanship, MEE audio, at its option, will (a) repair the product, or (b) replace the product, at no charge for parts or labor.





Warranty Process

MEE Professional products purchased from meeaudio.com or pro.meeaudio.com

Please visit our Support Center prior to opening a new case to make sure that your issue cannot be resolved by troubleshooting steps.

To obtain a repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty, please submit a warranty request here and include you original order number from pro.meeaudio.com or meeaudio.com. You may also be asked to provide the product serial number, where applicable.

If your claim is eligible for warranty coverage, a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) and printable shipping label will be issued to return the defective product to MEE audio.

Postage is pre-paid by MEE audio when an item is defective upon arrival (i.e. DOA) due to a manufacturing error EXCEPT when the requested shipping address is located outside the original country of purchase.

When shipping your product in for warranty service, please ship only the earphone/headphone without accessories unless otherwise instructed. It is advised that you use a tracked, insured method as MEE audio is not responsible for products that are not received. Freight collect shipments will be refused.

Once we receive your product, it will be evaluated against your claim. If the product is eligible for warranty coverage, we will ship you a replacement. The replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer. If the product is not eligible for warranty coverage, we will request payment to ship the product back to you.



MEE Professional products purchased (in new/unused condition) from authorized resellers in the USA including the MEE audio Amazon and eBay stores

MEE Professional products purchased from authorized international resellers outside of the USA

Please contact the reseller or distributor for warranty terms and service. If you are unable to obtain service for your MEE audio product, we will honor the manufacturer’s warranty; however, only postage via standard air mail is provided as complimentary shipping for international warranty claims. This shipping service may not be used for countries with unacceptable international mail delivery rates*. Other shipping services through private carriers such as DHL and FedEx are available at additional cost.

Note: for products purchased within the European Union any warranty period less than two years shall be increased to two years



Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or in used, open-box, or refurbished condition OTHER than from the MEE audio Amazon or eBay stores

Disclaimer

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights, which vary from state to state.


Warranty does not cover


  • regular wear and tear, including cosmetic wear
  • accidental damage
  • loss of product, parts, or accessories
  • damage due to abuse, misuse, or negligence
  • damage due to improper maintenance or repairs performed by a 3rd party
  • blockage due to earwax or debris
  • damage by excessive volume or malfunction of connected equipment
  • acts of God or other damage beyond the control of MEE Professional

Attempting to modify your MEE Professional product in any way will void this warranty.


Products that have been returned to the original seller, or for which a refund has otherwise been issued, are not eligible for warranty coverage.


MEE Professional shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the use, misuse, or inability to use this product.
